My civilization as an Arab-Muslim laid not on the obligatory of wearing headscarf, furthermore niqab and burqa. I had left shallow perception about standard of civilization based on artificial matters. I dream about civilization that preserves morality.

Your idea is 100% right according to the arguments of Allah, the arguments of the prophet Mohammad and the arguments of His holy books:
Al Taubah (9) v.97: The Arabs of the desert are the worst in disbelief and (the worst in) hypocrisy (like Habib Rizieq and his followers, a few of Indonesian foolish peoples (Yunus (10) v.100), I take a pity), and most apt not to know the ordinances of the revelation (regulations) which Allah has sent down to His Messenger (Mohammed like to solve any dispute of religion’s perception by peace condition, according to Al Nahl (16) v. 125, Bani Isra’il (17) v. 28, Al Ankabut (29) v. 46) And Allah is All-knowing Wise (that the character of Indonesian peoples is far not belongs to Arabian characters).
This verse is still valid to them, nowadays !
